We at Kingdom First Publishers are committed to producing high caliber Christian books. We believe parents are looking for reading that will have a positive influence on their children. While being intriguing and appealing to kids, each book contains a lesson that will impact their lives.

Author Margee Dyck has worked with her husband in ministry for thirty-five years, first in the Christian and Missionary Alliance, then for the past sixteen years in an inter-denominational inner city church in Red Deer, Alberta. They have raised four sons and have eight grandchildren. 

Margee began writing for the children in her church. The response of the kids and their parents was so overwhelmingly positive, we determined to make the books available to others.
 
So far, three series have been started and more books are being added:


1. The Dickson Boys Detective Series is a collection of five suspenseful mysteries in which brothers David and Darren Dickson get involved in hair-raising experiences, solve crimes, and learn some life-changing lessons. Both boys and girls ages 8 - 14 will enjoy these books.


2. The book Darla Dickson and the Silver Yardstick is the first in The Darla Dickson Series. This book introduces the subject of the pressure and temptations girls face in today’s world and encourages them to wait for God’s timing in finding their “Prince Charming.” It has been enthusiastically received by girls ages 12 – 15. More Darla books to follow.


3. Coming soon: The Toby and Treena Series. Each of these short stories, geared for children 6 – 8, concentrates on a different character quality and is perfect for reading together with parents.
